I did not receive my order in 2 days or in 4 business days. I did not even get an email acknowledging my order. I am surprised that this company would do that. I have been taking this with great success but this is the first time I have ordered it directly from the company. I am hoping this will be rectified very shortly.

The product was ordered five days ago. And I have not heard back from them. All I got is a message saying that a ticket was created. I don’t even see a need for a ticket to be created. Just simply ship the product!

I have placed my order on Dec 19th order said it was shipped Dec 20th I have still not received my order. I demand a refund this is terrible customer service. This is the second time I have reached out with no response from your company. My order is 199940

As all the other comments....where is my order that was completed on 1/23/21? I'll contact my credit card if it doesn't arrive within 72 hours and will request an arbitration.

This is alarming to read all these complaints about not receiving this product. An email claimed my product was shipped Feb 01/21. Still not arrived.

I have not received my order either. Based on this thread seems like you have an issue and need to respond to your customers. We rely on your product.
