I have not received anything except the thank you for payment. I did my part now where’s my order. This is a horrible site to deal with, left a message to be called so we could figure things out, they emailed back and said wrong address. NOPE it was the right address, then said it was lost somewhere……
I still have not received my order!! Please let me know the status since it’s been over 10 days since ordering

You'll need to call on the phone to Atrantil get a credit refund. They never respond to this blog.
Same problem. Ordered, Got email that said Failed. Tried to contact but could not find phone number. Not sure if charged yet.
ordered a week ago no confirmation of when order will ship paid with paypal ???
While Atrantil is a wonderful product, forget ordering directly from them. You must call them and request a credit or call your credit card company and have the payment put into arbitration until the company credits you. In the meantime, go on Amazon and order the same product and it arrives as promised.
Who delivered this? Check with them--USPS, FedEx, UPS.
Suggestion-- Go online to Amazon to order Atrantil. Never an issue with Amazon.
Poor to no service at all going thru Antrantil. Buy on Amazon instead call your credit card company and stop payment. That's what I did.
