Thank you for your interest in Atrantil! For best results, we recommend sticking to a low carb diet while taking Atrantil, until you have seen relief from your symptoms. This can take up to 20-30 days, if not sooner. Once your symptoms have subsided, you can slowly add back in the carbs. Also for best results, we recommend taking 2 capsules 3 times per day with food until symptoms have gone. Once symptoms have gone, reduce to a maintenance dose of 2-3 capsules every morning to keep symptoms from returning and to provide daily support and protection to your overall digestive system.


We do not have a specific daily carb intake that we recommend. Since the bacteria feed off the starches we eat, we want to limit the fuel the bacteria are getting. That being said, you can be as stringent as you would like to be. However, we know that it can be hard to cut out gluten/carbs, so we suggest limiting the amount of bread, pasta, etc. We do not expect you to cut out ALL carbs.  However, if you would like a more detailed plan, we recommend seeing a nutritionist or dietitian.  We hope this helps!  Please let us know if we can further assist you in any way.
