Thank you for your question! As for taking Atrantil in conjunction with Xifaxan, it is really up to you. In our clinical trials, the patients were on Atrantil alone and we had over 80% efficacy. But it will not hurt to take both Xifaxan and Atrantil at the same times. If you do this, we recommend spacing Atrantil at least an hour apart from the time you take the Xifaxan.
