Im having problems with keeping the capsule down my throat getting stuck, is there going to be a tablet form product in the future

I have started Atrantil as directed taking 2 capsules 1/2 hour prior to breakfast, lunch and dinner. In 48 hours my symptoms of bloating, excess gas and feeling like I need a bowel movement very frequently gotten worse. Is this common?

I have the same issue way more bloated and gassy

I see all these questions but I do not see any answers. Yes just like above, does this cost you to get a stomach ache?

I guess you're not supposed to take probiotics with this, but what about enzymes? Can you take them like say an hour apart or even together?
