Intermittent fasting : Atrantil

I fast everyday and eat one meal a day. Since the recommendation is take Atrantil with food I’m guessing that means I can only take one dose of two capsules in one day. Does that mean my response to the positive effects will be delayed?

Thank you for your interest in Atrantil! You may take the Atrantil without food it will not hurt you. We do recommend two capsules three times a day for at least twenty to thirty days. Let us know if we can be of further service to you! We are always happy to help.

I am wondering about the following: Does customer support answer these questions? Where are the answers to the questions about fasting posted? If someone eats one meal a day and takes 2 caps with the meal, can the other 4 caps be taken on an empty stomach? Or should all 6 caps be taken with the meal?
